Call Center Representative (12:30pm-9pm) - $20/hr - DC

Our client, a national association, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (evening shift) to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.

About The Job:

• Respond to requests for information about home and community-based services for older adults, individuals with disabilities, and caregivers via phone, email, chat, text, and voicemail

• Assess caller needs and provide accurate referrals to approved agencies, programs, and community resources

• Transfer or escalate callers requiring a higher level of support

• Follow established call center protocols, performance standards, and quality guidelines

• Document all interactions and complete required reporting in CRM systems

• Support a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment

About You:

• Relevant experience in human services is required

• Minimum 2 years of college

• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12:30 PM-9:00 PM

• $19-$20/hour

• Metro accessible!

• Hybrid Schedule: 2 days onsite
