 About The Job:

 Respond to requests for information about home and community-based services for older adults, individuals with disabilities, and caregivers via phone, email, chat, text, and voicemail

 Assess caller needs and provide accurate referrals to approved agencies, programs, and community resources

 About You:

Call Center Representative (12:30pm-9pm) - $20/hr - DC

 Our client in the Dallas area is seeking an AP Specialist to join their AP Department!
 
 
 
 
 The AP Specialist will have experience in the following.
 
 
 
 Duties and responsibilities include:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Process a high volume of AP transactions, including international invoices
 </li>
 <li>
 Review invoices to ensure accurate GL coding and vendor terms
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain reconciliations on vendor statements and accounts
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform vendor maintenance including new vendor setup and W9s
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with vendors and third parties to resolve account and payment issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and audit vendor invoices to resolve discrepancies
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize Microsoft Excel for AP data analysis
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Large ERP experience (Oracle, SAP, or Concur Invoice is preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years of Accounts Payable processing experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
 
 </li>

 This is a 6‑month Administrative Assistant role supporting two senior leaders at a large, well‑established financial services organization. . The position is hybrid out of the Boston office, working Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, and offers standard full‑time hours at $30/hour The role is well‑suited for a detail‑oriented admin who thrives in a fast‑paced, professional environment and enjoys supporting senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Provide daily administrative support to two senior leaders, including complex calendar management and meeting coordination
 </li>

 Coordinate local and global meetings across U.S. and non‑U.S. teams, including agendas and logistics
 </li>

 Prepare and assist with PowerPoint presentations and department reports

 The role
 
 
 As Accounts Payable Manager, you will lead a team of 3, ensure timely and accurate vendor payments, and implement process improvements. You'll play a key role in maintaining strong vendor relationships and supporting month-end close activities.
 
 
 
 What you'll do
 
 
 <ul>

 Lead and mentor a team of 3 AP specialists, providing guidance and support on daily operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the full Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle and invoice processing, including ACH and wire payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and approve 3-way matching (invoice, purchase order, and receiving report) and resolve discrepancies
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage vendor accounts, reconcile statements, and maintain strong relationships
 </li>
 <li>
 Track approvals, maintain documentation, and support audits as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with month-end close, including accruals, reporting, and workflow improvements
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the end-to-end employee expense reporting and reimbursement process
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities to streamline AP processes and implement best practices
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 What they're looking for
 
 
 <ul>

 4+ years of AP or accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
 </li>

 Comfortable using Excel for reporting, tracking, and analysis

 Experience with large ERP systems is a plus (NetSuite, Oracle, or similar)
