Position Overview

We are looking for a Call Center Representative with previous experience in medical or aesthetic clinics. The ideal candidate will handle patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and provide outstanding customer service that reflects the clinic’s high standards.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries professionally and promptly

Schedule and confirm patient appointments and follow ups using clinic CRM system

Provide accurate information about services, offers, and doctors’ availability

Follow up with patients regarding their bookings, feedback, and after-care

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Coordinate closely with the reception and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication

Responsible platforms are: Website, Email, WhatsApp, Instagram Direct message and phone calls.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Call Center Representative or Receptionist in a medical or aesthetic clinic (minimum 2 year preferred) + good standing certificate

Strong communication skills in English and Arabic

Customer-oriented attitude and ability to multitask

Familiarity with clinic software and CRM systems

Pleasant, confident phone manner and professional presentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
