QUALIFICATIONS:

ATLEAST 5-YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE IN A CLINIC/HOSPITAL

ENGLISH AND ARABIC SPEAKING

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Answer and manage a high volume of inbound/outbounds calls and messages in a courteous and timely manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding clinic services, operating hours, locations, and medical procedures.
  • Keep a comprehensive record of all calls and/or conversations in the organization’s call center data
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments using the clinic’s electronic medical records (EMR) or scheduling system.
  • Confirm patient details and ensure proper documentation for all appointments
  • Other duties and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview
