3DM Solutions is seeking a Call Center Representative who is enthusiastic, patient, and has excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate can work under pressure, stay calm with clients, and provide outstanding support to ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company processes.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a calm and positive attitude.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations effectively.
- Ability to stay calm, patient, and professional with clients at all times.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer support tools/CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
