Job Description:

About the Role:

3DM Solutions is seeking a Call Center Representative who is enthusiastic, patient, and has excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate can work under pressure, stay calm with clients, and provide outstanding support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company processes.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a calm and positive attitude.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations effectively.
  • Ability to stay calm, patient, and professional with clients at all times.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer support tools/CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
