Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Executive – Import Customer Services & Documentation .


Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries over the phone and via email in a professional and timely manner.
  • Address customer requests and concerns effectively, working collaboratively with the CS team to find solutions that align with company policies while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system including creation of customer codes, and modification of existing details, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordination with internal teams such as commercial, finance, Customer counter and Logistics department to ensure smooth customer operations and a consistent service experience.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage other import Customer services related tasks and associated responsibilities, ensuring smooth handling of all relevant matters.
  • Provide backup support to the refund desk, assisting with processing and customer inquiries related to refunds.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service, Documentation and Counter team to resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a customer services role, preferably within the service industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.


Skills:

  • Sound knowledge of Import procedures and the cargo clearance process.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, outlook)
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
  • Multitasking and able to perform under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused mindset


Working Conditions
