Hassaan Academy is a respected provider of Quran teaching services, committed to delivering high-quality religious education to students around the world. Our mission is to promote the understanding and recitation of the Quran through online and in-person teaching sessions. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us achieve our mission.

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for potential and current students and their families. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a deep understanding of the services we provide. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting students in their Quranic education journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Handle inquiries from prospective students and their families via phone, email, and chat, providing detailed information about our Quran teaching services.
  • Enrollment Assistance: Guide students and their families through the enrollment process, helping them select appropriate courses and scheduling classes.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns students or their families may have, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communication with students to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing needs or concerns.
  • Scheduling: Assist in coordinating class schedules between students and teachers, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from students and families to help improve our services.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, enrollment details, and feedback in our customer management system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the teaching staff and management to ensure seamless service delivery and address any operational challenges.
  • Promotion: Inform potential customers about any special offers, promotions, or new courses available.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Islamic Studies, Education, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an educational or religious setting.
  • Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Basic understanding of Quranic teachings and Islamic practices.
  • Language: Fluency in [Language(s)], with proficiency in Arabic being a strong advantage.

Office Location: Main Road Korangi #02 HBL Building 2nd Floor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
