Position Title: Executive – Customer Handling / Client Servicing

Department: Commercial / Sales Support

Location: Khayaban-e-Saadi, DHA phase 7, Karachi

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year (Pharmaceutical / Food Ingredients / Indenting House)

Qualification: Pharm D / BS Food Science and Technology

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage existing customer accounts and ensure smooth communication.

· Handle customer inquiries, order follow-ups, and coordination with logistics and sourcing teams.

· Provide product and order updates to clients in a timely manner.

· Maintain CRM records and support sales documentation.

· Address and resolve client concerns efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Support the sales team in quotations and documentation.

Key Skills:

· Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

· Customer service orientation and professional email etiquette.

· Basic understanding of pharmaceutical ingredients and excipients.

· Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
