We are hiring Call Center Representative

Job Responsibilities:

  • Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • CCR will act as a intermediary between company and its customers.
  • Take ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries.
  • Keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues involving internet connectivity and email clients.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Ms Office
  • Basic understanding of Call center working and rotational shifts
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles

Shift timings:
8 hours shift (Rotational)
