The Opportunity:

We are expanding our outbound sales team and looking for energetic, goal-oriented Call Center Representatives. As the first point of contact for our agency, you will play a crucial role in generating new business by engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and introducing our impactful digital marketing services. This is an excellent entry-point for individuals seeking to build a career in international sales and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively conduct outbound calls to businesses in the US and UK markets to generate qualified sales leads.
• Clearly and professionally articulate the value of our digital marketing services, tailoring conversations to address specific client challenges.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening.
• Accurately log all customer interactions and follow-up activities in the company’s CRM system.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual targets for call volume, qualified leads, and appointments set.
• Maintain a positive, persistent, and client-focused attitude in all interactions.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum educational qualification: Matric / O-Levels. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Exceptional verbal English communication skills with a clear, professional, and confident telephone manner.
• Prior experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a call center environment is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, Social Media) is a significant plus.
• A results-driven mindset with the resilience to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Choose Your Market Shift:
• UK Market Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM PKT
• US Market Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM PKT
