Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide excellent customer support, address customer inquiries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves resolving customer concerns effectively and recording details of interactions in the system.

Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy and familiarity with call center software or systems
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer service or related fields is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid
