Home Improvement company needs a professional call center rep. This position will receive phone calls and internet inquiries and simply schedule appointments for design/ sales staff. Great growing company.
Job Summary:
This is a key position in our company responsible for our FIRST impressions! Appointment scheduling can greatly increase any company’s revenues and is not taken lightly. This position will be scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, assisting other team members, and much more.
Essential Functions:
1. Scheduling qualified appointments/confirming appointments.
2. Training new appointment schedulers as needed.
3. Constant communication with sales staff regarding appointments and updating calendar.
4. Ensuring returns on leads are consistently being done to maximize company’s profitability.
5. Making sure all company call backs are being done on time.
6. Assist in any other tasks asked of by management.
*****This role offers a bonus structure
