Call Center Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our dental clinic team. This role serves as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while handling appointment scheduling, patient inquiries, and administrative support. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
  • Provide information about dental services, procedures, and office policies
  • Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary details
  • Manage patient records accurately within the practice management system
  • Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
  • Make outbound calls for appointment reminders and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with clinical staff regarding patient scheduling needs
  • Maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
