Call Center Representative

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour + COMMISSION

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Call Center Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with homeowners to introduce them to No-Cost Home Energy Assessments and other energy efficiency services available through programs like Mass Save.

This position offers competitive hourly pay plus commission and weekly bonuses, giving motivated team members strong earning potential.

If you enjoy speaking with people, working toward goals, and helping homeowners save energy and money, we’d love to hear from you. No call center experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to homeowners to generate interest and schedule No-Cost Home Energy Assessments and other company services (many leads come from referrals from our satisfied clients)
• Create a positive and engaging experience with a bright, enthusiastic, and conversational approach
• Serve as the first step in the customer’s journey toward improving their home’s comfort and energy efficiency
• Achieve personal and team weekly appointment-setting goals to qualify for commission and bonuses
• Accurately schedule appointments and update customer information in company systems
• Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for every client interaction

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Sales, marketing, or customer service experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently and stay disciplined in a work-from-home environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Comfortable using computer systems and software applications
