Call Center Representative

**This role is work from home but must be able to pick up equipment on first day in Pittsburgh, PA (North HIlls) **

Call Center Details:

  • 401(k)/PTO
  • Monday through Friday shifts 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Call Center Responsibilities:

  • Assisting individuals and families gain access to health care services.
  • Providing accurate and consistent information.
  • Providing quality customer service and support.

Call Center Qualifications for the position include:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment.
  • Customer-focused team player with a passion for helping people.
  • Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
  • Detail-oriented, fast learner with excellent communication skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
  • Healthcare or Human Services experience preferred.
  • Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish or Portuguese) strongly preferred.
