Call Center Representative

Automated Health Systems, a dynamic healthcare company, is looking to hire call center professionals to join its team in Florida.

**Position is 100% remote, MUST be able to pick up equipment in Tallahassee on first day. **

Customer Service Representative Details:

  • 401(k)/PTO
  • Monday - Friday Shifts 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Comprehensive and ongoing training

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Assisting individuals and families gain access to health care services
  • Reviewing and determining eligibility and enrollment on assigned workload.
  • Providing quality customer service and support.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications for the position include:

  • 1 - 2 years of call center experience
  • Team Player with excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
  • Strong PC Proficiency with a willingness to learn new applications.
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
  • Experience in health care or human services industry preferred.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish or Creole) strongly preferred.
