About the Role

A leading banking firm is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Account Representative to join their team in a fast-paced financial service center. This role is ideal for individuals who are professional, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional client support.

What You’ll Do

• Handle high-volume inbound calls regarding Brokerage account inquiries
• Provide accurate, efficient, and compliant service to all clients
• Assist customers with:
• Brokerage Cash Management products
• Online & Mobile App support
• General account and financial-related questions
• Meet key performance metrics while maintaining world-class service standards
• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Multitask and adapt quickly to changing procedures or client needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining service quality
• Professional, career-driven, and customer-service oriented
