Call Center Representative

AE Landscape Borders is searching for a Call Center Representative who wants to join a fun, competitive, and growth-oriented position. This position plays a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.

Schedule:

• 8 AM - 4 PM - Mon - Friday - 1 weekend a month (Sat & Sun).
• When you work the weekend you get Thursday & Friday off.

What You'll Do:

As a Call Center Representative at AE Landscape Borders, you will play a vital role in assisting homeowners with their home improvement needs. Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Assistance: Answering incoming calls and providing homeowners with information on our services, products, and pricing.

Appointment Scheduling: Setting up appointments for homeowners to meet with our home improvement experts.

Problem Solving: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the customer journey.

Product Knowledge: Gaining a deep understanding of our home improvement offerings to effectively communicate their benefits.

Data Entry: Accurately documenting customer information and service requests in our system.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software are a plus.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
