Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Representative based in Alexandria, Smouha - Matajer Mall. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers with questions or concerns, resolving issues, and adhering to company policies and procedures. The role requires maintaining professionalism and effective communication, ensuring high-quality service at all times.

Candidate Requirements

University graduate

English level B2 or above

No commitments for the first 6 months

Willing to work rotational shifts, including:

Morning shifts

Night shifts

Overnight shifts

Fast/Good typing skills
