We are looking for call center representatives to manage our online leads inquiries and handle appointments on a daily basis.
Responsibilities

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

Log in online leads and handle appointments in professional manner

Provide basic and accurate information

Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

Update calendars and schedule meetings

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Take the extra mile to engage customers
Qualifications

1 years experience in automotive industry
-
Fluent English speaker and writer
-
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Communication skills
-
Advanced level of Excel experience

CRM experience is preferred

Experience in selling and buying cars is an advantage

Excellent organizational skills

High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
We offer a base salary of AED 3,000 along with a competitive commission structure, with on-target earnings reaching up to AED 7,000 per month.
