Call Center Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION: Phone Coordinator The duties include, but are not limited to:

• Answer and properly direct phone calls and questions
• Schedule patient appointments
• Data Entry
• Insurance verification
• Other responsibilities/duties assigned

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be organized and dependable
• Possess a positive, professional demeanor
• Excellent telephone and communication skills
• EMR experience or similar computer experience
• Personable and empathetic to patient’s needs and concerns
• Highly self-motivated in providing exceptional customer service

Time Off

We believe in a healthy balance of work and play. That is why we offer our full-time staff members the ability to earn paid time off each year. After five years of service, the employee will receive up to 20 days of paid time off. In addition to PTO, we offer five (5) sick days and nine (9) paid holidays.
