Call Center Representative

Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Timings: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for confident and motivated Call Center Representatives (male & female) to join our team in Johar Town. The ideal candidate must be fluent and English with good communication skills and a positive attitude towards handling customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dealing with International clients for appointment booking
• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls professionally
• Communicate clearly with foreign customers and provide accurate information
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, or concerns efficiently
• Maintain call records and customer information
• Follow company policies and call scripts

Requirements:

• Male & Female candidates are encouraged to apply
• Good verbal communication and must be fluent in English
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fresh candidates can apply; experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Punctual, responsible, and target-oriented
