Call Center Representative

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply. Experience in a call center is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to callers’ inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Communicate with callers through phone, email, chat and other channels
  • Acknowledge and resolve complaints courteously and in a timely manner
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of customer data and organizational information
  • Handle high-stress situations calmly and provide effective solutions under pressure
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, complaints, and resolutions
  • Uphold service standards and contribute to continuous improvement of customer support processes
