Open Home Property is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with inquiries, and providing excellent customer service in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information
• Maintain and update customer records in the system
• Follow up with clients regarding their requests and concerns
• Coordinate with internal departments when required
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Maintain proper call logs and daily reports

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage
