Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of inbound calls and email enquiries from prospective and existing clients in a professional and timely manner.
* Provide accurate and detailed information regarding our wedding packages, services, and availability.
* Assist clients with scheduling appointments, making bookings, and processing payments securely.
* Listen to client needs and resolve any issues or concerns with patience, empathy, and a focus on finding a positive solution.
* Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
* Collaborate effectively with wedding planners and other internal teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience.
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve our services and enhance the overall customer journey.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as a call centre, customer service, or client relations.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
* Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM systems is highly desirable.
* A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
* A demonstrable interest in the wedding or events industry would be a significant advantage.
