Call Center Representative – English Speaker

We are looking for experienced and confident English-speaking Call Center Representatives to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Achieve assigned performance targets and KPIs
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records
  • Coordinate with internal teams when required
  • Ensure professional communication at all times

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of call center experience
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
  • Professional attitude and teamwork skills
