Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls professionally to assist potential clients.
• Provide accurate information about our services and handle basic customer queries.
• Maintain clear and concise call records and update the system daily.
• Follow provided scripts and guidelines to ensure service quality.
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets for call volume and quality.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Matric or Bachelor’s degree.
• Communication: Good verbal communication skills
• Availability: Willingness to work in Evening shifts.
• Skills: Basic computer knowledge and a professional telephone manner.
• Attitude: Punctual, hardworking, and a team player.
