Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls professionally to assist potential clients.
- Provide accurate information about our services and handle basic customer queries.
- Maintain clear and concise call records and update the system daily.
- Follow provided scripts and guidelines to ensure service quality.
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets for call volume and quality.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Matric or Bachelor’s degree.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills
- Availability: Willingness to work in Evening shifts.
- Skills: Basic computer knowledge and a professional telephone manner.
- Attitude: Punctual, hardworking, and a team player.
