Call Center Representative (Full-Time)

Job Summary

Smilebody is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound communications with patients and clients. This role is essential in delivering excellent service, managing appointments, and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
  • Provide accurate information about Smilebody services, pricing, and promotions
  • Handle patient concerns, complaints, and follow-ups with care and efficiency
  • Maintain and update patient records in the system
  • Perform outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and sales opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient experience
  • Meet daily/weekly call and booking targets

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Sheets, and basic office tools
  • Patient-focused with a positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, dental, or wellness industry
  • Sales or upselling experience
  • Familiarity with appointment scheduling systems

Work Schedule

  • Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
