Call Center Representative – International (US-Based Shipping Company)

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
Location: On-site | Block 13 Gulistan-e-Johar

Job Summary

We are hiring an International Call Center Representative for a US-based shipping and logistics company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating vehicle transportation, negotiating with customers, and ensuring smooth pickup and delivery operations. This role requires strong communication skills, customer handling expertise, and the ability to meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.

You will interact daily with clients via emails, chat systems, and occasional phone calls to manage loads, provide updates, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle pickups and deliveries to ensure timely and efficient transportation
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Negotiate with customers to offer services and maximize profitability
• Communicate proactively with clients through email, chat, and phone calls
• Maintain accurate records of loads, payments, and client communications
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Achieve assigned monthly performance and sales targets
• Ensure high-quality customer experience and service standards

Requirements

• Prior experience in an international call center (mandatory)
• Excellent English speaking and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and customer handling abilities
• Ability to work night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM)
