Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative (CSR) role based in Lahore. The position offers a fixed salary of PKR 25,000 per month.

The CSR will primarily communicate in Urdu and serve as the first point of contact for customers. The role involves handling inbound queries, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls and respond to queries in Urdu
• Address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Coordinate internally when required to resolve issues efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication skills in Urdu
• Good listening and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
