Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing information about our services, and ensuring a positive experience for every caller. A background in medical terminology or medical office experience is a plus, as you will be interacting with clients in the healthcare sector.

Duties

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, utilizing excellent phone etiquette.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services and assist customers with their inquiries.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records through data entry.
  • Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
  • Utilize computerized systems to manage customer accounts and track interactions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while handling sensitive medical information.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service of at least a year, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.
