About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter with 1+ years of experience to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate is a &quot;people person&quot; who understands that finding the right talent requires more than just posting an ad&mdash;it requires proactive sourcing, relationship building, and a deep understanding of the modern hiring landscape.You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end hiring process for various roles across the organization.</li><li>Multi-Platform Management: Expertly navigate and manage job postings and applicant flow on Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and Betterteams.</li><li>Active &amp; Passive Sourcing: Execute strategic &quot;headhunting&quot; for passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter while efficiently screening active applicants from job boards.</li><li>Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial phone screens to assess culture fit, technical skills, and salary expectations.</li><li>Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring every candidate has a positive and professional experience.</li></ul>What we need<ul><li>Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a recruiting role (agency or in-house).</li><li>Technical Proficiency: Extensive familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and the ability to maintain clean, organized candidate data.</li><li>International &amp; Bulk Expertise: Demonstrated experience in international recruiting and a proven track record of successful bulk hiring / high-volume recruitment.</li><li>Job Board Mastery: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Betterteams is required.</li><li>Problem Solving: A &quot;think outside the box&quot; mindset&mdash;you don&rsquo;t just wait for resumes; you find new ways to reach the talent we need.</li><li>Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to &quot;sell&quot; the company vision to a global audience.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; BenefitsTotal Compensation Package: 80,000 &ndash; 130,000 per month including bonuses and benefits<ul><li>Eid Bonuses</li><li>Medical Reimbursement</li><li>Anniversary Bonus</li><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Leave Encashment​</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: Remote
