We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients, promoting our products and services, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from first contact to post-visit follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:Sales:
- Promote and upsell aesthetic services, skincare products, and treatment packages.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide product knowledge and treatment recommendations based on client needs.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into appointments or sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Customer Service:
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, or complaints with patience and a positive attitude.
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for every client during their visit.
- Assist in appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions using CRM systems or internal tools.
Daily Duties:
- Open and close the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Prepare and maintain client files and appointment logs.
- Track and manage bookings to optimize daily schedules.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Collaborate with the team to coordinate treatment room readiness and service flow.
- Monitor stock levels for retail products and report when supplies are low.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and/or customer service (experience in beauty, aesthetics, or wellness is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using booking software, CRM tools, and POS systems.
- Bilingual.
Working Hours:
Flexible shifts including weekends and evenings, depending on business needs.
