Job Description:

Holidays Hub Limited, a UK-based travel company, is hiring experienced Call Center Sales Agents for our Umrah & Hajj Project. The role involves dealing with customers, handling inquiries, and selling Umrah packages to UK-based clients through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via outbound calls
• Deal professionally with customers interested in Umrah & Hajj packages
• Explain package details, pricing, and travel arrangements clearly
• Convert leads into successful sales
• Achieve assigned sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer records

Requirements:

• Prior experience in call center sales or cold calling (Umrah/Hajj project experience is a plus)
• Excellent English communication and customer handling skills
• Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work evening/night shifts
• Professional attitude and punctuality
