US Truck Dispatch Sales Agent – On-Site (Lahore) – High Commission Opportunity

Salary Range: PKR 25,000 – 250,000 per month (Base + Uncapped Commission)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to US trucking companies to promote dispatch services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure long-term partnerships.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
• Utilize industry knowledge to effectively pitch services and onboard new clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US call center sales (truck dispatch, logistics, or BPO cold calling preferred).
• Fluent English (neutral accent preferred) with excellent negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with the US trucking industry (brokers, owner-operators, load boards) is a strong advantage.
• Must be available for on-site work in Lahore and comfortable with night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM).
