What You'll Do

As a Sales Agent, you'll work directly with clients seeking help resolving IRS debt and tax challenges.

You will:

• Handle 100% inbound calls from individuals actively seeking solutions
• Guide clients through stressful financial situations with confidence and clarity
• Run consultative conversations and identify the right resolution
• Build trust quickly and help clients take meaningful action
