Call Center Sales Closer

Position Overview

We are looking for high-performing Call Center Sales Closers to join our on-site team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, expert in telesales, and highly skilled in closing deals. You will be responsible for contacting leads, understanding their needs, presenting course offerings, and converting enquiries into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads to promote and sell company courses.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable course options.
• Deliver persuasive sales pitches with excellent communication and objection-handling skills.
• Maintain high call activity levels to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Manage complete sales cycle, from lead contact and follow-up to deal closure.
• Build strong relationships with prospects to improve conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with supervisors to refine sales strategies.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and customer interest trends.
• Uphold professionalism, positivity, and high customer satisfaction on every call.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Exceptional English communication skills.
• Strong sales instincts and proven ability to close deals over the phone.
• Ability to handle objections confidently and convert hesitant leads.
• Experience in course sales, EdTech, or similar telesales campaigns is a strong advantage.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Target-driven with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and confident on calls.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in outbound telesales / call center sales.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
