About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and confident Sales Team Lead who has a proven track record in outbound sales, closing deals, and managing long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will not only drive individual revenue but also help build and lead a small sales team as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
Ø Perform outbound calls and pitch IT Services.
Ø Close new business opportunities through consultative selling and negotiation.
Ø Build strong customer relationships ensuring satisfaction & retention.
Ø Create and implement calling scripts, sales strategies, and follow-up processes.
Ø Handle escalations and act as the communication bridge between clients and operations.
Ø Train and mentor junior sales/calling agents.
Ø Track KPIs, maintain CRM pipelines, and generate sales performance reports.
Ø Improve customer lifetime value through upselling and cross-selling.
Required Skills & Profile
Ø Proven experience in Outbound / Inside Sales
Ø Strong closing skills (B2B preferred)
Ø Experience selling Digital Marketing or IT services
Ø Excellent spoken and written English
Ø Confident communicator, great objection handler
Ø CRM usage knowledge
Ø Leadership qualities with accountability-driven mindset
Ø Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ø Ability to handle multiple clients and maintain retainership relationships
Preferred Experience
Ø Worked previously in Call Centers, Software Houses, Digital Agencies, or IT service companies
Ø Capability to hire, train and mentor new team members
