Call Center Sales Representative

We are looking for energetic and dedicated Call Center Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills in English, a positive attitude, and a professional approach toward handling customer inquiries.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, assisting customers with their concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a polite and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
• Maintain call logs and update customer records in the system
• Meet daily/weekly performance targets
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
• Ability to handle high call volumes calmly and professionally
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools
• Strong problem-solving and listening skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
