Customer Service Representative – E-Commerce

Location:Near UMT Johar Town Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Morning- Monday to Friday

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing E-Commerce team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, live chat, and social media.
  • Manage order processing, tracking, returns, and exchanges.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently and professionally while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain updated records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements in processes and communication.
  • Assist in managing online store listings, product updates, and FAQs when required.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Business, Communication, or related field preferred).
  • Experience: 1–2 years in E-Commerce or online customer support (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic understanding of E-Commerce platforms and order management systems.
  • Customer-eccentric mindset with patience and professionalism.
