Digital Marketer cum Receptionist (Female)

Job description:

• Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages.
• Maintain visitor records, appointments, and office communication.
• Handle courier, mail, and basic administrative support tasks.
• Assist in creating digital content, posts, and marketing campaigns.
• Write professional emails to local and international clients for lead generation and business inquiries.
• Respond to client emails promptly and maintain communication logs.
• Support sales and marketing teams in lead follow-ups and conversions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong English writing skills for professional email communication.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and social media management.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (English & Urdu).
