Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Organize travel arrangements, meetings, and logistics.
- Liaise with government institutes, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth communication on behalf of the Director.
- Provide complete administrative and personal support to the Director in day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree / Graduation (Business Administration or a related field preferred).
- Minimum 3 - 5 years proven experience as a PA/Executive Assistant in the manufacturing industry (mandatory).
- Strong experience in coordinating and dealing with government institutes.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and general IT tools.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
