Accounts Assistant (Female)

Lahore, Pakistan

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable processes.
  • Accurately enter financial and business data.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and ledger matching.
  • Prepare and manage sales tax invoices.
  • Organize and maintain financial documents and digital records.
  • Liaise with banks and internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Update work orders and manage inventory records.
  • Provide support to the finance team with ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: B.Com (Preferred)
  • Experience: 6 months – 1 year in a related position

Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
