Admin Officer

The Administration Officer is responsible for maintaining day to day administrative and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements and support administrative operations.

  • Keep proper record of office stationary and issuance of stationary on demand to employees
  • Update and record keeping of fixed assets of company.
  • preparation & submission of documents to concern authorities.
  • Prepare monthly and weekly reports for management.
  • Manage fleet management operations (Vehicle allocation Maintenance and repair).
  • Ensure general repair & maintenance of all office equipment & assets.
  • Maintain vehicle log books & compile fuel report.
  • Outdoor & outstation visits.
  • Must have basic Computer Skills and MS Excel Knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs37,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Intermediate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • relevant field: 2 years (Required)
