Guest Relations Officer - Female

Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
  • Maintain positive guest relations by addressing queries, complaints, and special requests efficiently.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requirements are met.
  • Provide information about services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Manage guest bookings, reservations, and apartment allocation.
  • Handle guest feedback and prepare reports on guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure the lobby and reception area are always presentable.
  • Assist VIP guests and corporate clients with special arrangements.
  • Maintain guest records and follow up on guest preferences for future visits.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu (additional languages preferred).
  • Customer-oriented with problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management systems.
  • Well-groomed, professional, and presentable personality.
