Front Desk Officer

Lahore, Pakistan

We’re looking for a Front Desk Officer or Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and partners. The ideal candidate should have great communication skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to manage both walk-in and call-in inquiries professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients in a polite and professional manner.
  • Manage appointments, bookings, and scheduling.
  • Handle phone calls, messages, and customer inquiries. (Urdu)
  • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service flow.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or front-desk staff
  • Strong Urdu communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, well-groomed, and customer-focused.
  • Basic computer and scheduling software knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
