Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Moving Sales Representatives to join our established moving company in Boca Raton. This is a full-time, in-office position offering uncapped commission potential within a professional and structured environment.

Our office is open seven days per week, allowing flexibility in building your required 40-hour weekly schedule.

This opportunity is ideal for motivated sales professionals with prior moving industry experience who are confident in their ability to close and are driven by performance-based earnings.

Compensation

• Commission-based position

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound moving sales inquiries
• Provide accurate quotes and pricing based on customer needs
• Follow up with prospects and close sales
• Maintain organized records and update internal systems
• Deliver professional customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements

• Prior moving industry sales experience (required)
• Strong closing skills and sales confidence
• Reliable transportation
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to work 40 hours per week (schedule flexibility available within office hours)
