We are seeking a motivated Tele sales Executive having 1 to 2 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential and existing customers, promoting company services, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships and accurate sales reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing clients.
  • Promote company services and explain service features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and database management.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Follow company sales scripts and communication guidelines.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or call center sales roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Good command of English and Urdu (Punjabi will be an advantage).
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems (experience with sales software is a plus).
  • Target-driven, confident, and result-oriented personality.
  • Good documentation and reporting skills.

Timings: 10:30 am to 7:00 pm
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Location: Naval Anchorage, off from Islamabad Expressway, opposite Soan Garden / PWD
