Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Telesales Executive to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships within the Qatar market.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct outbound sales calls to promote telecom products and services
· Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions
· Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective communication
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
· Build and manage a solid pipeline of potential clients
· Stay informed about industry trends, product enhancements, and competitor activities
· Provide professional and consistent customer support throughout the sales process
Requirements
· Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
· At least 1 year of telesales experience; field sales background is an advantage.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
· Target-focused mindset with strong follow-up and time management skills
· Valid QID and legal eligibility to work in Qatar
