Role: Business Development Executive (Telesales)
Focus: Onboarding Makeup Artists (MUAs) to Subscription Plans
Role Overview
As a BD Executive at Olready, your primary mission is to expand our professional network by identifying and onboarding talented Makeup Artists. You will be the first point of contact, educating MUAs on how our subscription plans can skyrocket their visibility and booking frequency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify potential MUAs through social media (Instagram/Facebook) and professional directories to build a robust sales pipeline.
- High-Volume Telesales: Conduct daily cold calls and follow-ups to pitch Olready’s subscription benefits.
- Onboarding: Guide artists through the registration process and help them set up their profiles to ensure they are "platform-ready."
- Value Proposition: Clearly articulate how our subscription models provide ROI through lead generation, portfolio hosting, and brand credibility.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly onboarding targets to drive platform growth.
- Relationship Management: Maintain a rapport with onboarded artists to ensure high retention and satisfaction with the subscription.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Exceptional Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (local languages are a plus) with a persuasive "gift of gab."
- Sales Grit: A thick skin for cold calling and a persistent, results-oriented mindset.
- Industry Interest: A basic understanding of the beauty and makeup industry is highly preferred.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly learn our internal CRM and explain the platform’s interface to non-tech-savvy artists.
- Quick Thinking: Ability to handle objections on the fly (e.g., "Why should I pay for a subscription?").

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
